An Agriculture farm based in Sheikhupura District is looking to hire a Farm Manager.
Minimum 5 Years experience of Field work
The person will be responsible for:
- Overall Management and Operations of the Farm.
- Developing irrigation schedules tailored to each crop.
- Crop documentation. Day-to-day crop management, implementation of best agronomic practices
- Quality assurance and yield enhancement
- Managing daily farm Activities (efficiently and cost effectively)
Preferred skills
- Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication and listening skills
- Computer literacy and typing skills required; knowledge and understanding of office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- Must have very strong self-initiative
- Must be able to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience dealing with individuals from different backgrounds
