Manager Hr

BM Collection is seeking an experienced Manager of Human Resources to lead and oversee the HR department effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in human resources management and will be responsible for managing a team. This role requires strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, change management, and performance appraisals. The Manager of Human Resources will ensure efficient implementation of HR strategies aligning with business goals while fostering a positive work environment. The Manager of Human Resources plays a critical role in driving organizational success through managing recruitment processes, resolving employee issues, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively interact with employees at all levels. This leadership position requires the ability to motivate the team to deliver high-quality HR services and support organizational growth and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the HR team of five members, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure high team productivity and professional development.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and programs in line with company objectives and employment regulations.
Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Cultivate positive employee relations by addressing workplace issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment across the organization.
Oversee performance management processes by establishing appraisal cycles, communicating performance standards, and facilitating employee evaluations.
Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, adapting HR practices to evolving business needs and employee expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure company compliance to mitigate risks and protect employee rights.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression opportunities.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in HR functions.
Foster an inclusive and respectful workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure effective communication across the organization, delivering HR-related information clearly in both Urdu and English.
