Shop Saleman

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience working in shop sales and demonstrates a clear understanding of customer needs and product knowledge. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires someone who can work independently and contribute positively to the store's daily operations. The Shop Saleman is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized sales floor, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple customers efficiently, contributing to the stores overall sales targets. The candidate must be familiar with shop safety protocols, stock replenishment, and payment processing procedures to support smooth store operations.
Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and providing helpful product information.
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that best meet their needs.
Maintain an organized and clean sales floor to create a pleasant shopping environment.
Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately and efficiently.
Manage inventory by restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels to management.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, including sales procedures, safety standards, and loss prevention.
Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Monitor product displays and signage to ensure they are attractive and up to date.
Collaborate with store colleagues to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
