Boiler Installation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Boiler Installation and Commissioning Engineer with a minimum of five years’ experience in the installation and erection of chain/step grate steam boilers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise primarily with DZL, SZL, and SZW series of steam and thermal oil boilers sourced from China, as well as reciprocating step grate technologies from Thailand and Indonesia. This role requires a strong technical background combined with practical knowledge of boiler systems and associated combustion technologies on an industrial scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and execute civil foundation drawings, mechanical and fabrication erection drawings with precision.
- Supervise installation activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee electrical and control system wiring and drawings, coordinating with relevant teams for seamless integration.
- Manage on-site fabrication tasks, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Provide hands-on operation and maintenance support for chain grate and related combustion technologies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, demonstrating a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in erection and commissioning of boilers, with at least 4 years specifically in boiler installation.
- Proven ability to read and work with civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings related to boiler projects.
- Strong knowledge of chain grate and step grate steam boiler technologies, including thermal oil boilers.
- Practical experience in on-site fabrication and supervision.
- Valid driving license in Pakistan is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Experience working in reputable and credible companies will be a decisive factor in shortlisting candidates.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with prior hands-on operation and maintenance experience on chain grate combustion technologies will be given preference.
- This is a full-time, contract position offering a competitive salary starting from Rs750,000 per year.
