Maassalama is seeking an experienced Umrah Travel Consultant to join their team in Islamabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Umrah packages, air ticketing, and hotel bookings for both group and individual pilgrims. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently coordinate travel arrangements while providing excellent customer service throughout the pilgrims’ journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, quote, and sell Umrah packages tailored for groups and individual travelers.
- Book and issue air tickets, including handling reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Arrange hotel bookings in Makkah and Madinah, coordinating closely with Saudi suppliers.
- Manage Umrah visa processing and documentation to ensure compliance and smooth travel.
- Organize transportation and ziyarat services for group pilgrims.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, and follow up on potential leads.
- Maintain accurate booking records and keep pilgrim details up to date.
- Provide support to pilgrims before departure and throughout their journey to ensure a seamless experience.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in Umrah or travel agency operations.
- Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo for ticketing purposes.
- Strong knowledge of hotels in Makkah and Madinah, as well as the Umrah visa process.
- Experience coordinating with Saudi B2B portals and suppliers.
- Proficient communication skills in Urdu and English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications and WhatsApp Business for daily communication and coordination.
- Customer-focused mindset, well-organized, and able to perform effectively under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
