- Set realistic monthly & quarterly tenancy targets.
- Generating client leads through outdoor visits to hotels to increase tenancy as per targets.
- Dealing with existing clients on day to day basis.
- Following up with existing clients and other propspective leads, scheduling meetings between prospective clients and higher management, and assisting in closing deals.
- Maintaining a good rapport with existing clients and dealing with non-admin issues.
- Drafting proposals and presentations.
