- Understands the overall market (e.g., competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply, and demand, etc.) and knows how to sell against them.
- Have adequate knowledge about existing property market trends.
- Have skills to negotiate and creative selling regarding property business.
- Develops Company sales revenue and operation budgets, and provides forecasting reports.
- Have management skills to create and implement a company sales plan to address revenue, customers, and market.
- Assists with selling, implementation, and follow-through of company sales promotions.
- Provides accurate, complete, and effective turnover to Higher Management.
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of the business (e.g., generating a proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet sales targets.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects with solutions recommendation.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; analysis and recommending them new opportunities, profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvement or new products by maintaining current products on market trends.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing social networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; also participating in professional societies.
- Professionally meets sales targets.
