Bookkeeper and Accountant ( International Client )

We are seeking a skilled Senior Bookkeeper & Accountant with extensive experience managing accounts for international clients across the US, UK, UAE, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling multiple client accounts, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance. This full-time position is based in Lahore Model Town, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage bookkeeping tasks and support tax preparation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including processing invoices and handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Clean up and organize financial records, addressing any overdue bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports to provide insights into client accounts.
- Assist with tax preparation and filings, including VAT and GST/HST returns.
- Effectively manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with international clients, specifically in the US, UK, UAE, and Canada.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting software.
- Working knowledge of Wave, FreshBooks, and Airtable platforms.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore Model Town prior to starting work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certification as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor or Xero Advisor is highly desirable.
- Experience in payroll processing, e-commerce bookkeeping, or construction accounting will be considered an advantage.
