Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and compliance? Bookkeeping By Experts is seeking a self-directed individual with an accounting background who is willing to take the initiative and be able to work independently.

We require a candidate who demonstrates a proactive attitude toward learning and is open to gathering information from diverse sources. While training will be provided, tasks such as payroll filing and state registrations will often require independent research. Therefore, we seek individuals eager to develop their skills in finding solutions autonomously.

Please apply if you are fluent in English and can interact with American clients, answer their questions over the phone, and accurately complete registration/compliance filing and payroll-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Payroll processing or registration experience would be a plus
Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
Tech-savvy
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite apps
Customer service experience will be preferred

Job Duties

Process our clients' payroll daily, resolve client payroll issues and concerns, and establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
Answer clients' payroll questions and issues through phone and email.
Incorporate companies in the United States.
Apply for registration numbers with different states.
Perform other administrative tasks for the firm, as required.
