You will play a crucial role in helping students and professionals make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. You will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service to our prospective students and parents.

Responsibilities:

Counseling: Provide guidance and counseling to new students, helping them understand the benefits of our predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence courses among others.

Sales: Lead the sales process by establishing contact, making calls, and meeting with prospective students. You will be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication.

Course Explanation: Effectively explain course details to students and parents, addressing their questions and concerns.

Career Guidance: Offer valuable insights and advice to students and parents, assisting them in making informed career decisions aligned with our educational offerings.

Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients within the education sector, including colleges and universities.

Event Representation: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations, showcasing our industry-leading training programs.

Database Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive database of all prospects and their contact information to streamline follow-up and communication.

Center Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities at the center, ensuring smooth coordination between trainers and students

Desired Candidate Profile:

Immediate Joining: We are looking for candidates who can join our team promptly.

Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or the education technology (EdTech) sector is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream is required.

Personal Qualities: Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with strong negotiation skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills to build and maintain relationships with students and parents.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
