We are looking for a strategic and resourceful Lead Generator to identify, analyze, and report on high-level potential clients. This role goes beyond basic outreach — you'll be responsible for pinpointing who we can help, how, and why, delivering tailored intelligence that drives our client acquisition strategy.
This is an ideal role for someone who is equal parts digital detective, researcher, and sales analyst — someone who understands markets and can translate raw data into clear, actionable client profiles and outreach strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and qualify leads: Research companies and decision-makers across industries who would benefit from our services
Break down lead profiles: Analyze their pain points, digital presence, market position, and how our unique offerings apply to them
Build actionable reports: Create clear, concise summaries with data-backed reasoning for targeting specific clients
Work with sales and strategy teams: Help craft outreach messages and proposals that resonate with each prospect
Track industry trends, competitive activity, and lead behavior to continuously improve targeting accuracy
Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter, and other platforms for lead generation and enrichment
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, sales research, or account-based marketing
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong communication — especially in presenting complex findings simply
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion) and lead scraping/reporting platforms
Highly organized and self-motivated — this is a role that requires independence and initiative
Bonus Points If You Have:
Background in SaaS, marketing, creative services, or digital strategy
Familiarity with targeting C-suite executives or enterprise-level clients
Experience building outreach lists or decks tailored for pitch meetings
A sharp eye for identifying where our offering fits into a potential client’s business roadmap
