BOUTIQUE RECEPTION & BILLING ASSOCIATE

Tales by Era is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reception and Billing Associate to join our team at our upcoming boutique store located in The MOI Mall, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and overseeing billing processes to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting customers and handling inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Operate the POS system accurately to process sales transactions and manage billing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and billing activities to support inventory and financial tracking.
- Coordinate with store management to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any billing or transaction issues promptly.
- Uphold the store’s professional image by maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support daily store functions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in reception, billing, or POS operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and transaction processing.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience specifically with billing and POS systems is highly preferred.
