BPO Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information promptly.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently handle customers.
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is preferred.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a schedule from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Willingness to work five days a week.
