BPO Training Specialist

Mars BPO is seeking a skilled and motivated BPO Training Specialist to join our team and contribute to building a high-performing call center. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and developing our agents to ensure they meet performance standards and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing call center agents.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Develop training materials and programs tailored to the needs of the team.
- Monitor agent progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement solutions.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain high morale.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO or call center training roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire agents.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team development experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address training challenges effectively.
- Ability to work the assigned shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
