The Brain & Learning Pakistan is seeking a part-time Brain Trainer to join our team at our Clifton, Karachi center. This role involves delivering personalized cognitive training sessions aimed at enhancing students' core learning skills such as processing speed, working memory, attention, and logical reasoning. The position is in-person, Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, making it ideal for individuals interested in education and cognitive development who want to contribute to student growth in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one, fast-paced cognitive training exercises using evidence-based programs.
- Motivate and coach students to help them overcome learning difficulties and build academic confidence.
- Monitor and document individual student progress while maintaining a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding degrees in Psychology, Education, or Social Sciences.
- Fluency in English, with strong reading, verbal, and spelling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a coach-like approach, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Genuine interest in child development and student mentorship.
- No prior brain training experience is necessary as full training and certification will be provided.
