We are looking for a committed Branch Auditor (Stock Auditor) to join our growing retail chain based in Lahore. This full-time position involves conducting detailed physical stock verifications across multiple retail branches to ensure inventory accuracy. The role supports the audit team in maintaining high standards of inventory management and requires adaptability to audit software and rotational shift schedules. The ideal candidate will have a commerce background, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical stock verification at various retail branches to confirm inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical stock counts with system records and identify discrepancies.
- Report stock variances and assist in investigating the root causes of discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of comprehensive audit reports for management review.
- Implement and promote anti-shrinkage measures to reduce inventory loss.
- Travel between branches as needed, using a personal bike for inter-branch visits.
- Work in rotational shifts, including both day and night schedules, based on audit requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Associate Degree Program (ADP) or B.Com (Hons.) degree.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in auditing, stock verification, or inventory management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to accurately assess stock data.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and stock management processes.
- Physical stamina to carry out prolonged stock counting activities.
- Ownership of a bike is mandatory for travel between branches.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including day and night as per audit schedules.
- Openness to learning and using audit software tools for efficient auditing.
