Located in Islamabad, AimFit, Pakistan’s premier fitness platform for women, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Branch Experience Lead (female) to manage its newly launched branch. This role is ideal for a fitness enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about health and wellness. As the primary point of contact at the front desk, the Branch Experience Lead will represent the brand, engage with a diverse community of clients, and drive membership growth while maintaining a welcoming and high-end atmosphere. The position offers a competitive monthly compensation ranging from PKR 150,000 to PKR 200,000.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House & Client Experience:
Serve as the welcoming face of AimFit Islamabad, ensuring a polished and hospitable environment at reception. Engage actively with clients before and after sessions to build strong personal relationships and foster a sense of community. Maintain boutique-level hospitality standards in every client interaction, including walkthroughs and check-ins.
Sales & Conversion:
Proactively convert walk-ins, daily visitors, and weekly trial pass holders into long-term monthly members. Conduct walk-in consultations to understand individual fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans. Monitor attendance of trialists and follow up promptly to secure conversions.
Client Retention & Relationship Management:
Track member engagement and attendance to identify at-risk or inactive clients, reaching out proactively to maintain their involvement. Address client concerns with tact and warmth, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Continuously collect feedback to improve the studio experience and client satisfaction.
Operations & On-the-Ground Execution:
Take full ownership of daily studio operations, including member check-ins and administrative tasks related to memberships. Collaborate closely with instructors and support staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across all branch touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client-facing sales roles within luxury hospitality, premium automotive, boutique retail, or similar high-touch service industries.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and customer engagement experience are encouraged to apply.
- Long-term resident of Islamabad with a thorough understanding of local market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Polished verbal communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence and convert leads into loyal members.
- Proactive, quick learner who excels in an active, floor-facing role rather than a traditional desk job.
