Roots International Schools & Colleges (RISC) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to oversee the academic and operational management of one of its campuses. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in the education sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of academics, curriculum development, teaching standards, student growth, and campus operations. This leadership role requires a proactive individual capable of fostering a positive learning environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all academic and operational activities of the branch to maintain high standards.
- Monitor the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring teaching quality and academic excellence.
- Provide support and guidance to teachers and academic coordinators to enhance instructional effectiveness.
- Oversee student performance, progress, discipline, and overall development initiatives.
- Drive faculty performance management, including organizing training and professional development programs.
- Manage examinations, assessments, parent-teacher meetings, and other academic events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative environment.
- Address and resolve concerns raised by parents or students in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure the consistent application of organizational policies and procedures across the campus.
- Coordinate with senior management and prepare regular reports on academic and operational matters.
- Maintain smooth daily operations of the campus, promoting a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the education sector, preferably in a leadership or campus management role.
- Strong knowledge of academics, curriculum design, assessment methods, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proven ability to manage faculty, students, and parents with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- A professional, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.

Work Location and Compensation

This position requires in-person attendance at the campus. The monthly salary range is Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
