The Branch Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in the Chakwal District. This role requires overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, supervising customer service activities, and ensuring strict compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at expanding the branch’s deposit base, loan portfolio, and other financial products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both individual and corporate customers is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets.

Required Qualifications

- Solid understanding of retail and commercial banking products, credit processes, and risk management.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, monitor branch performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Capability to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
