Branch Manager - DHA Branch

We are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager for our DHA branch in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site position working the morning shift, with occasional travel as part of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in laundry operations and demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in computer applications is essential, along with the ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach to daily tasks. The salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to 35,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve operational targets and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the laundry process.
- Coordinate with other departments and manage resources effectively to meet customer demands.
- Handle administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and inventory management using computer systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or customer concerns promptly.
