We are looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to lead the operations of our IVF Clinic in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the center’s daily activities while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate a team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also work closely with the Head Office to align goals and share best practices, ensuring smooth and efficient center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the IVF center to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards across all operational areas.
- Manage the maintenance and regular inspection of clinic assets to ensure optimal condition.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinate with the Head Office to align operational goals and exchange best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop employees.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.

This is a full-time position based at the Faisalabad IVF Clinic. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs50,000 to Rs55,000. The work location requires in-person attendance to effectively manage the center and support the team on-site.
