Branch Manager- Gulistan-e-Johar

This position involves managing the daily operations of a laundry branch to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards. The role requires overseeing order processing, maintaining quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional handling of inquiries and complaints. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and safety within the outlet, and managing vendor relationships. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to service standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally managing inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and conduct quality checks prior to dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel to guarantee on-time pickups and drop-offs.
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the outlet.
- Foster client satisfaction to improve retention rates, addressing the needs of both permanent and new customers.
- Manage relationships and transactions with all associated vendors.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in laundry operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to operational management.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates residing near Gulistan-e-Johar are preferred due to the in-person work location requirement.
- Monthly salary range is Rs30,000 to Rs35,000.
- This is an on-site position requiring physical presence at the branch.
