The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad, responsible for the smooth operation of the branch. This position requires overseeing daily activities, managing staff schedules, and supervising front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional customer service. The Branch Manager will also monitor sales performance, manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries and feedback, implementing promotional campaigns, and reporting key performance indicators to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, supervise team members, and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Control inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the branch.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Implement and support local marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
- Strong background in branch operations, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts and communicate effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators, and support marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a related industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic office software and point-of-sale systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
