We are seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the logistics and supply chain operations at our Karachi branch. This full-time position involves managing shipment and dispatch activities, supervising the branch team, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and transporters. The role demands a hands-on leader who can monitor key performance indicators and costs, generate accurate reports, improve operational processes, and maintain comprehensive records. The position requires working on-site during morning shifts, with occasional travel as part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate shipment and dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and lead the branch team, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and control operational costs to meet business objectives.
- Liaise effectively with customers and transporters to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on branch performance, logistics activities, and operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to logistics, shipments, and branch operations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, shipment coordination, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using office software and logistics management systems to streamline operations.
- Ability to work on-site during morning shifts and willingness to travel as required.
