Branch Manager

Burger Boss is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead its Karachi location. This full-time role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing the branch team, and ensuring that operational standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash handling, and overall branch performance.
- Ensure accurate cash closing, sales reporting, and timely submission of daily reports.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and control food costs effectively.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, punctuality, and overall performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionally handle customer complaints.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, reduce operational costs, and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding branch performance, operational issues, and business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or food service management.
- Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of sales reporting, inventory control, cash management, and cost control.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and reporting systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and accountability.
