Branch Manager

CAKE A LOT, a growing bakery chain in Lahore, is looking to hire a motivated and customer-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations including Wapda Town (D3), Iqbal Town (Hunza Block), Gulberg (Zahoor Elahi Road), and DHA (Y Block). This role is ideal for someone eager to lead bakery outlets in a fast-paced setting, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will play a key role in maintaining the brand’s reputation and driving sales performance across the assigned branches.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the branches to ensure efficiency and a high standard of customer service. Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to create a welcoming and professional environment for customers. Oversee inventory management, including stock control and timely ordering of supplies to avoid shortages. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure all health, safety, and company policies are strictly followed. Monitor sales figures regularly and implement strategies to meet or exceed branch targets. Maintain the overall appearance of the branches, ensuring that the store and staff present a professional image at all times.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have at least an Intermediate level of education, with preference given to graduates. Experience in the FMCG sector, especially within bakery or café operations, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential. A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service is required. The ability to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Applicants with prior managerial experience in retail or food service environments will be preferred. The role is open to both male and female candidates. The salary package starts at Rs. 40,000 per month, with working hours structured as 10-hour evening shifts. Employees are entitled to three casual leaves per month. A professional brand uniform is provided to all managers. This is an in-person position based at one of the specified Lahore branches.
