Hitek Trainings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, manage the admissions department, and ensure the smooth functioning of the campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, supervising the team, and maintaining a professional and productive environment that supports the institution’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrollment Management:
- Oversee the entire admissions process and student enrollment activities.
- Manage admission inquiries, follow-ups, counseling, and conversion efforts.
- Ensure monthly admission and revenue targets are consistently met.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of the admissions team to improve conversion rates.

Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, supervise, and manage branch staff effectively.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance regularly.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews to maintain high standards.
- Enforce staff discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training initiatives.

Daily Branch Operations:
- Manage day-to-day campus activities and administrative operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between various departments.
- Maintain attendance records, schedules, reports, and operational documentation.
- Address student concerns and administrative matters promptly.
- Foster a professional and productive campus environment.

Reporting & Performance:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track admissions, revenue, and team productivity metrics.
- Report branch performance to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in branch management, admissions, sales, or educational institute operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with proven admissions and sales management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
