Branch Manager

Chopper Salon is seeking a confident, energetic, and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of its Buch Villas branch in Multan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving the branch towards achieving its business targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain smooth branch operations, and contribute to the overall growth of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
- Handle administrative duties related to branch management, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the salon or beauty industry, or proven experience in branch management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive branch performance.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a responsible and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
- Work location is in-person at the Buch Villas branch in Multan.
