We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, achieving business targets, and ensuring outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and solid operational management skills to drive branch performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to meet both individual and branch targets.
- Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall branch performance regularly.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and professionally resolve any customer complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving business growth and profitability.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Manage inventory, resources, and operational costs as applicable.
- Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and organize training sessions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a supervisory or branch management role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to analyze performance data and consistently achieve business objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software applications.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work onsite at the branch location.
