Branch Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Branch Operations Manager to lead the daily activities of our logistics branch. This role requires managing parcel sorting, loading, and delivery schedules while ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse team, maintain strong client relationships, and drive financial performance to achieve the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Manage all daily branch operations, including parcel sorting, loading, and delivery scheduling. Track and analyze key performance indicators such as delivery times, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction to maintain smooth and efficient service delivery.

Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and motivate branch employees, including drivers, operations staff, and administrative personnel. Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and implement training programs to boost productivity and operational effectiveness. Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork and high employee morale.

Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management:
Prepare and oversee the branch budget with a focus on cost control and profitability. Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance against targets. Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams and reduce operational costs.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure accuracy and integrity in parcel handling and delivery processes. Apply quality control measures to minimize errors and maximize reliability. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold high service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in branch or operations management, preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and transportation principles.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Compensation and Work Location

This is an on-site position with a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires the candidate to work at the branch location.
