Branch Operations Executive (QSR/Restaurant Industry)

Position Title: Branch Operations Executive
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time (12-Hour Night Shift)
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – PKR 70,000 per month

The Branch Operations Executive will be responsible for managing all night-shift activities at the branch. This includes ensuring the highest standards of food quality, maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling daily sales, and strictly following Subway’s operational procedures. The role demands vigilance in security monitoring and a proactive approach to maintaining store hygiene and staff performance during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
- CCTV & Security Monitoring: Continuously observe live CCTV footage to ensure staff adhere to company policies, maintain cleanliness, deliver prompt service, and comply with safety protocols.
- Food Costing & Portion Control: Implement Subway’s portion control guidelines rigorously, track daily food waste, and perform regular stock audits to minimize variances and control costs.
- Sales & Delivery Management: Accurately reconcile daily sales figures, manage cash register closures, and oversee food delivery operations to prevent errors and delays in order fulfillment.
- Shift & Hygiene Management: Manage smooth shift handovers, enforce strict food safety and sanitation standards, and supervise staff to maintain operational efficiency throughout the night shift.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality or Business. Candidates with intermediate education may be considered if they demonstrate strong English communication skills.
- English Communication: Intermediate to professional level proficiency in English is required to effectively manage operations and communicate with team members.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations or branch supervision is preferred.
- Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, CCTV monitoring, and food costing principles is essential. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts as per the schedule.
