The position is responsible for providing value added services, accurately, efficiently and within the established turnaround time. Ensure that all transactions are effected with appropriate approval. He is accountable for implementing approved policies, procedures and controls and will ensure satisfactory audit ratings. Document and standardize procedures in line with Bank’s policy which would cover all necessary information including Service Delivery Standards, their measurement, productivity statistics, and exception reports. Develop core competencies in staff.
