Branch Sales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Branch Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Karachi, Pakistan. This non-managerial role involves working in rotating shifts and requires occasional travel. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 40,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting customers, promoting juice and food products along with special deals, upselling items, delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, and reporting daily progress to management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and engage customers to increase footfall and sales.
- Promote a variety of juice and food products, including special deals and offers.
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by the branch.
- Maintain accurate and timely daily sales reports and communicate progress to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Participate in rotating shifts and be prepared for travel as required by the role.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate level education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
