Branch Sales Manager

Dawood Family Takaful Ltd (DFTL), a pioneer in Family Takaful (Islamic life insurance) in Pakistan and part of the First Dawood Group of Companies, is seeking a Branch Sales Manager for its Gujranwala branch. The Branch Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales performance and achieving growth targets for Family Takaful products at the branch level. This full-time, on-site position requires leadership and mentoring of the branch sales team, setting individual and team goals, and monitoring performance through regular reviews and reporting. The manager will develop and implement local sales strategies, conduct market outreach, and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Islamic financial principles, organizing training sessions, and supporting the team in closing key deals. The role also involves close collaboration with head office functions to provide market feedback, contribute to product and service improvements, and maintain high standards of customer service and claims support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective local sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market outreach and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance through regular reviews and reporting, ensuring timely achievement of goals.
- Coordinate daily sales operations while ensuring adherence to company policies and Islamic financial principles.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Support the sales team in closing key deals and managing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with head office departments to provide insights on market trends and contribute to product/service improvements.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and claims management to foster long-term loyalty.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and performance monitoring.
- Strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and local market outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a professional environment.
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement branch-level sales strategies effectively.
- Knowledge of Islamic financial principles, Takaful, or insurance industry practices is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools for tracking sales performance.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to working with integrity in a customer-focused setting.
