Branch Salesman

Vector Helmet is seeking a motivated Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer service, driving sales, and overseeing daily store operations. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory monitoring and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer dealing or sales roles.
- Basic understanding of store operations and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Good problem-solving abilities to manage challenges as they arise.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000. The work location requires in-person attendance at the store.
