Branch Supervisor, Branch Manager and Operation Manager

Oresto Pizza is looking for a dedicated full-time Operations Leader to manage and enhance the performance of its Gujranwala branch. This role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food safety compliance, inventory control, sales monitoring, cost management, customer service, and maintaining accurate records. The position is based on-site during the morning shift and requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the branch’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage and lead branch staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, control stock, and minimize waste to optimize costs.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee cost management to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to operations, sales, and inventory.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant or branch operations management.
- Intermediate level of education is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work on-site during the morning shift.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
