Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and daily activities
- Supervise and coordinate branch staff and riders
- Monitor sales and ensure achievement of branch targets
- Oversee inventory levels, stock handling and availability
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery operations
- Monitor riders and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain branch discipline, cleanliness and operational standards
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Intermediate.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in branch/retail/operations supervision.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office & basic reporting.
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
