Brand Ambassador / Content Presenter

Gulf Star Services is seeking a seasoned Senior Visit Visa Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in international visit visa consultancy. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in assessing applicant profiles, preparing documentation, and managing visa applications for multiple countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen states, and Australia. This full-time, on-site role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, with working hours from 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. The position offers a competitive salary combined with uncapped commission and performance-based incentives, providing significant earning potential for high performers. The consultant will play a crucial role in converting client consultations into successful visa applications while maintaining ethical standards and up-to-date knowledge of visa policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients’ travel purposes, financial situations, and visa needs.
- Evaluate applicant profiles to identify strengths, weaknesses, documentation gaps, and potential risks.
- Provide expert advice on visit visa options for various international destinations based on immigration requirements.
- Guide clients on necessary supporting documents such as financial evidence, employment records, travel history, and ties to their home country.
- Review application forms, cover letters, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage client inquiries and follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed clients.
- Collaborate with sales, documentation, and visa processing teams to ensure seamless case management.
- Maintain precise client records, consultation notes, and case updates within the CRM system.
- Stay informed on changing visa policies, documentation standards, and application procedures.
- Support junior consultants and assist with complex cases when needed.
- Uphold ethical consultation practices without guaranteeing visa approvals.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in international visit visa consultancy.
- In-depth knowledge of visit visa requirements across multiple countries.
- Proven skills in applicant profile assessment, documentation review, and application preparation.
- Strong client management, sales, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to successfully convert inquiries into paying clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office, online visa application portals, and CRM software.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
