Brand Assistant

Lumerah & Co, a modern and soulful scented candle brand based in Lahore, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Brand Assistant to support various aspects of the business. This role involves assisting with product development, managing operations, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing brand in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development for new products, scents, and materials.
- Source raw materials including wax, jars, and packaging components.
- Manage website orders efficiently and ensure timely processing.
- Assist with basic operations, production support, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain professional communication with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Coordinate vendor activities, including visits and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the social media marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website.
- Support administrative and creative tasks as the brand expands.
- Handle international correspondence and communication with overseas suppliers.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in English.
