Brand Assistant

Lumerah & Co, a modern and soulful scented candle brand based in Lahore, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Brand Assistant to support various aspects of the business. The Brand Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and supporting the company’s expansion in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development for new products, including exploring new scents and materials.
- Source raw materials such as wax, jars, and packaging components.
- Manage website orders efficiently to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with basic operations, including production support and logistics coordination.
- Maintain professional communication with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Coordinate vendor activities, including visits and follow-ups to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the social media marketing team to maintain consistent and accurate brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website.
- Support administrative and creative tasks as the brand continues to grow.
- Handle international correspondence and communication with overseas suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
