Key Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end creative assets independently, including ads, landing pages, and motion graphics, using Webflow without relying on developer handoffs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language that addresses two distinct audiences: companies looking to hire and the talent they seek.
- Adapt tone and style to suit different target groups while preserving the unmistakable Qureos brand identity.
- Operate at a fast-paced growth speed, delivering weekly ads, landing pages, and motion content that can be tested, iterated, scaled, or discontinued based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with growth, marketing teams, and company founders to ensure that designs go live promptly and effectively impact the business.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of professional design experience, with 8+ years considered a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of shipping real, high-impact work rather than just building a portfolio.
- Expertise in creating high-converting landing pages that go beyond aesthetics to drive results.
- Experience designing organic social media creatives as well as paid advertising content, understanding the distinct approaches each requires.
- Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines, turning urgent requests into polished outcomes.
- Proficiency in motion design as a core skill, not merely an aspirational goal.
