He/she will be responsible for creating industry related articles, copy writing and blogs, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. Typically, the resource will develop white papers, how-to guides,FAQs, case studies, and other content that distils technical information with ease and clarity.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality content that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, persuasive email subjects and email body text.
- Create white papers and caser studies to help end-users develop awareness and consideration about the offering
- Create blogs, guest posts and articles related to industry, as assigned by the team.
- Develop thorough understanding about company's offerings to generate easy to understand, unique and concise content for landing pages.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software industry preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing would be a plus
