Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full marketing strategy for BlueBand, including brand positioning and growth plans driven by consumer insights and market trends.
- Develop and implement joint marketing initiatives with modern trade customers and food solution operators to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Manage the advertising and promotion budget, delivering impactful media, digital, and consumer activation campaigns.
- Establish and monitor clear performance indicators, leveraging data to optimize brand outcomes and ensure alignment across functions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Research & Development, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee smooth execution of brand and customer initiatives.
- Oversee relationships with external creative and digital agencies, ensuring alignment with Flora Food Group’s vision for sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with exposure to both retail and food solutions markets.
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams with confidence and assertiveness.
- Insight-led and results-driven approach, focused on delivering growth through consumer-first strategies.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability for brand performance.
- Genuine interest in food culture and curiosity about consumer behavior and emerging food trends.
- Understanding of how to translate consumer insights into meaningful experiences that enhance taste, nutrition, and product functionality.
