1. Ensure marketing Surveys on a quarterly basis regarding company Products (Old/New) from the existing customers.
2. Perform brand awareness surveys on a quarterly basis all over Pakistan and present reports to the CEO.
3. Conduct market research to evaluate Customer perception of our Products and Brand perception of Profine.
4. Present proper graphical reports to Chief Executive Officer.
5. Responsible to finalize the “BIG IDEA” of every seasonal campaign and discuss with the CEO. On approval, plan campaign process, and finalize timelines.
6. Responsible to develop a season-wise branding activities plan after having detailed discussions with the CEO at the start of every year. These plans must be developed keeping the company's yearly marketing budget in view.
7. Create an overall Campaign plan inclusive advertisement messages and promotion mediums with budgets and get approval for the plan document from the CEO.
8. Responsible for on-time launching of campaigns by first arranging and coordinating with Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, ad agencies, selecting models and administrating TVCs, videos & photoshoots, etc.
9. Ensure that Digital Media Marketing is linked with an overall marketing campaign of Profine by finalizing all the messages uploaded on digital and social media.
10. Regularly monitor the activities of Social Media specialists so that company can get the best out of them.
11. Perform Media buying for ATL and BTL as per campaign plan and approved budgets.
12. Responsible for calculating the proactive and reactive Return on Investment (ROI) of every ad campaign and submit the report to the CEO.
13. Responsible for SMS Marketing to customers regarding new product arrivals, new openings of showroom/design studio and sales promotions on Profine Items.
