We are looking for a Marketplace and Social Media Executive who would be responsible for the execution of the following tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Listing the products on online e-commerce websites including ebay and amazon.
- Creating, uploading product listing and new inventory, ensuring all pictures & content are in place.
- Perform order processing.
- Perform customer services and handle queries.
- Optimize the products listings to generate traffic.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Posting of catalog and product details at facebook, pinterest and instagram to generate traffic to listing pages
