Responsibility:

  • Help in developing and implementing talent and culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Assist in aligning & implementing Talent Management Processes with HR Technology
  • Help designing Individual Development Plans/ Programs in order to ensure the rollout within the organization.
  • Do internal organizational research on a quarterly basis and find the loopholes that need improvement to maintain the Best Workplace Environment.
  • Responsible for employee engagement budget and calendar. By planning and executing employee engagement activities, create an environment within the organization that every member feels valued.
  • Assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives, identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for all team member
  • Handle employee grievances and Train employees on HR issues and practices.
  • Maintain and lead the company’s brand image and digital presence
  • Practice best onboarding and off boarding processes
  • Provide a career path to the current employees via internal job promotions
  • Development and implementation of company’s policies that foster the best workplace culture
  • Act as an employer branding representative

Skills:

  • Degree in HR/ organizational psychology/ communication or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintaining culture and talent.
  • The best understanding of developing organizational culture
  • Experienced in employee engagement and employer branding.
  • A dynamic personality with a passion to learn and growth
