We are looking for Executive HR Services to join our team and monitor all Human Resource Service functions.
This position requires an experienced and ambitious self-starter who possesses excellent written/spoken English language skills and someone that can effectively develop the HR service to meet current and future business needs through working in partnership with managers and leaders to develop robust people systems, processes, and progressive HR activities that add value.
Responsibility
Ensuring day to day performance of the HR Operational Services (leave management, provident fund, medical reimbursement, payroll, employee grievances, etc) providing effective support, guidance, and advice to managers and staff members and delivery of strategic and operational projects and initiatives that maximize performance and enable all employees to engage and contribute to the development of the company.
