Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of two designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Coordinate the workflow and deadlines within the design team to ensure timely delivery of all thumbnail projects.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align thumbnail designs with broader promotional strategies.
