A well established company is seeking a permanent Data Entry Operator. He should possess attention to detail and a decent understanding of English.
This is a rotating shift position based in Lahore with Work From Home possibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately enter, update and verify data into various systems.
- Review data entered into the database to ensure accuracy.
- Answer client's incoming chat/email/call.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs accurately.
- Resolve application questions and queries.
