Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive IELTS and English language training sessions using proven teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
Develop customized lesson plans and test preparation strategies tailored to individual and group needs to enhance student learning outcomes.
Conduct continuous evaluation and assessment of student progress using standardized tests and performance metrics.
Employ strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging and productive learning environment.
Provide detailed feedback and guidance to help students improve their English grammar, writing, speaking, listening, and reading skills.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS examination techniques and incorporate best practices into training sessions.
Motivate and support students to build confidence and achieve their desired IELTS scores and language proficiency goals.
Collaborate with academic teams to refine curriculum content and evaluation methods to meet evolving educational standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in the field of English language instruction.
